In February 2016, the EU Outreach in Export Control programme was renamed to the EU P2P (Partner-to-Partner) Export Control Programme. This dedicated web portal has been re-branded with a new logo.

In support of Council Decision 2012/711/CFSP, this website provides information on EU activities, including outreach news, events, training, links and documents as well as information on EU experts and partner countries (some functionalities require log-in first). 

Access to the private part of this web portal is restricted to approved experts from the EU Member States and Partner Countries, and other international bodies.
